Parliamentary Debating Chamber

Our consultancy service for the ultra-modern new Debating Chamber at Dodoma covered a wide scope of discipline. The design for engineering installations was applied to all facilities in the building including toilets and show¬ers, fire fighting and protection equipment, drainage system, lighting system and security equipment.

There are advanced security and control fea¬tures to ensure the entire complex is well se¬cured. A stair is provided to facilitate physically challenged people to reach upper floors using automatic mechanism. Toilets for physically challenged people are also provided

Solar energy has been provided for efficient and sustainable running of various advanced mechani¬cal services. Water storage tanks are provided to facilitate easy running of the Parliament’s demand for water. The tanks, which are corrosion-free, have a long life span and are easy to maintain.

Provision of water fountains on basement level and ground floor level using high quality water pumps provide good environment to the people and the users of the Parliament. Other services provided are air conditioning, lighting and public address system which were well de¬signed to facilitate efficient running of the parliament
