PPF Plaza Mwanza

The 17-storey PPF Tower is a commercial building owned by Parastatal Pensions Fund (PPF). The building is powered by two transformers of 2000-kVA and 1000-kVA, three standby generators of total capacity 2500-kVA and provided with a central air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.

The building is protected against fire by sprinkler system, fire detection and alarm system, hose reels, wet riser and fire hydrant systems.

The building is also under modern digital 24-hours CCTV surveillance and access control systems to monitor staff, visitors and their vehicles in and out of the building

PSPF Golden Jubilee Tower – Dar es Salaam

The PSPF is a twin tower build¬ing with one tower comprising of a 14 storey on front, 22 storeys on rear and 6 storey parking block. It also accommodates con-ference hall on 5th, banks, restaurants and shops on the ground floor. In 22nd floor there is a rotating restaurant which is the first introduced in Tanzania.

The building is powered by two transformers rat¬ed 2000-kVA, 33/0.4kV each and two standby generators each with capacity 2000kVA synchroinised. A combina¬tion of Toshiba Modular Multi System (MMS) and roof top package serves the upper floors while the lower floors from ground to 7th floor is served by Chiller system.

The building is equipped with eight mod¬ern fast passenger lifts and two cargo lifts. One passenger lifts serves the parking block.

Adequate water reservoir tanks to cater for seven days in case of wa¬ter shortage from the main water supply have been provided in the building.

Modern lighting design also included in the building to match with the architectural views, Structured Cabling System and Security Systems are among services provided in this modern building.

International Labour Organisation Dar Es Salaam

The 4-storey building along Maktaba Street Dar Es Salaam is powered by one 500-kVA 11/0.4kV transformer and a standby generator of the same endeavor capacity through 800A TPN main switchboard equipped with an automatic changeover system. The lighting system comprises of a combination of low energy fluorescent luminaires with aluminium louvers and compact fluorescent downlighters.

The building is fully air-conditioned with Toshiba Modular Multi-System which is a combination of inverter and fixed speed outdoor units
